“Anyone can cook”

Four-week series lead by a New York chef in a small classroom workshop. In each 50-minute class of this introductory series, kids learn:

  • roasting

  • sautéing

  • simmering

  • dressings and sauces

  • baking

  • double boiler or ”bain marie”

  • mise-en-place

  • clean-as-you-go

Math, science and cultural arts are integrated into class participation and the cultural experience.

Note: For safety, we kindly ask parents to be present during class.
