Everything she prepared for us at the tasting was amazing, it was so hard to choose! At the wedding, everything ran so smoothly, the food was out on time—all of her servers were friendly, polite, and professional. All of the food turned out to be delicious! We were so happy, and many of our guests said it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. Heidi also took care of our rentals for us, provided coffee service, and cake cutting. “We hired Heidi to cook hors d’oeuvres for my engagement party which had about 40 people. All the food was really delicious! Her ribs were definitely a crowd pleaser. I was a little worried that they would potentially be awkward to eat in stand-up casual environment but the meat fell off the bone so easily that they worked out perfectly. The event was held in an apartment with an open floor plan and kitchen. Heidi was such a smooth operator that people didn’t even notice that they were essentially in the kitchen with her. Leading up to the event Heidi helped planned the menu and gave me the sensation that she had everything under control and I didn’t need to worry about anything. I would definitely recommend Heidi for future events.”

“Heidi helped us with setting up, cooking (grilling) and cleanup for our BBQ party, which had about 50 guests. Heidi was amazing from the time she arrived. She was on time, was dressed for the occasion, looked clean, was friendly and kind with guests. She definitely knows about food and catering. She knew exactly what food to put out depending on the time of day, how much to grill (staggering it throughout the day) as well as to when to bring out dessert.
